The Data Dictionary is provided for all CONTRAC2 modules, giving you access to:

Service History
Jobsite Data
Customer and Vendor History
Invoice Information
Payroll
Job History, etc.

You can export your data and create Windows based spreadsheets and reports. You can also do things you can't do within CONTRAC2, such as producing graphical images (pie charts, bar graphs, pictures, etc.).

Knowledge of Access, Excel, and other third party ODBC related software products is assumed to make full use of C2 Connect.

C2 FAX

The C2 Fax system increases your efficiency by reducing the time it takes to fax information. Eliminate the time wasted printing and faxing items manually through the fax machine.

C2 Fax enables you to view information such as:

a particular screen
report
memo
or any other printable information and fax it directly to your destination without ever
having to leave your desk.

The C2 Fax system has the capability to fax items with graphical overlays such as:

purchase orders
requests for pricing
invoices

C2 FILE

Eliminate excessive paperwork and disseminate information quickly and easily with C2 File.

C2 File enables you to scan field paperwork such as service orders and work orders. While entering work order information, a single keystroke will launch a pop up window containing the current work order, service order, and invoice numbers. The operator then hits the scan key.

C2 File can scan single or multiple pages for each work order and has the capability to scan in batch mode.
