Employment Opportunity Description:
As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of our software products for our clients, including project planning, software installation, user training, and on-going support and consulting services. Project leaders are problem solvers. This position is a full-time, salaried situation and is based in our La Palma, CA office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and co-ordination of project resources, including Compusource, client, and third-party resources.
- Provide guidance to clients on their business processes and how our software can improve their productivity and profitability.
- Train client personnel, from clerk to CEO, in the effective use of Compusource software.
- Travel to client sites (up to 30% of the time).
Qualifications:
- Analytical skills, problem-solving aptitude, multi-tasking ability.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Client relationship orientation.
- Effective time management, documentation, and organization skills.
- Bookkeeping experience or accounting knowledge.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) exposure.
Beneficial Skills:
- Programming knowledge/experience.
- Experience with MS Windows or Unix operating systems.
- Experience with computer and communications hardware.
- Experience with databases, SQL, networking environments.
